The Hardware Repair Services Division was inspired to provide a class leading repair service for OEMs and Operators, and through this a number of repair centres were established.
These centres of excellence provide repair capability for telecoms equipment, and are geared for high volumes of equipment repair.
Each repair centre operates to support it’s local market. Product transfers between centres has been set up to allow a global repair capability very rapidly.

This approach allows bespoke repair solutions to individual customer needs including prioritisation of urgent projects. Radio Design has the ability to create customised test interfaces, equipment racks and provide optimised test software. Robust methods are used to ensure the highest quality of repair integrity. All products undergo detailed testing designed specifically for the product type under repair. All repair processes and methodologies are under a continuous improvement program and supported by our engineering group.
